Failed Deliveries

If a package cannot be delivered for reasons related to the customer, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the delivery, the package may be returned to Prestige at the customer’s expense.

Any associated costs, including the original shipping charges and applicable customs duties or taxes, may be deducted from the refund amount.
